Avalon Planning & Heritage are delighted to have submitted an application for planning and listed building consent on behalf of Stover School for new state of the art classroom and sports facilities.

The sensitively designed scheme will deliver significant benefits including an improved educational environment, the provision of sports facilities for the school and the wider community, the restoration of historic landscape features and views and the scheme will enable ongoing investment into the maintenance and restoration of the existing heritage assets, including the Grade II* listed Georgian mansion, Stover House.

It has been fantastic to work with AHMM, Mike Westley, AWP, HT Ecology, Dart Tree Consultancy, SLR, Lighting Bee to bring forward the proposals following an extensive programme of pre-application engagement with Teignbridge District Council, Historic England, Stover Country Park and the Design West Review Panel.
